One of the important breakthroughs that modern medicine has achieved is to establish that Breast Cancer is Curable. Breast Cancer is a complicated disease and although enormous progress has been made over the last decade, many challenges lie ahead. Estimating risk for the individual woman in difficult and most breast cancers are not attributable to risk factors other than female gender and increased age.

The development of effective strategies for the reduction of breast cancer incidence has been difficult because few of the existing risk factors are modifiable and many of the potentially modifiable risk factors have social implication extending beyond concerns for breast cancer (e.g. age at first live birth).

With the acceptance of the feasibility of risk-reduction (generally called preventive) therapy for breast cancer, it has now become increasingly important to identify optimal treatment paradigms to improve prognosis. All invasive breast cancer evolves from premalignant lesions.

The biological alterations behind this evolution represent potential prognostic factors for progression to invasive disease and perhaps more importantly, targets for prevention.

Program will include recent advances in new diagnostic and treatment modalities in breast cancer. After vigorous discussions experts will conclude with consensus take home message for diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer.

The Scientific Session on Day 1 : Saturday (7th March 2020) will be from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm and on Day 2 : Sunday (8th March 2020) will be from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm
